At Something Went Wrong, we believe that even if your order didn't go as planned, your return process should. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
